| I remember a few years back that we had an emergency at work that required that I be able to complete a fairly complex analysis by first thing Monday morning. I had responded to my Program Manager with an email that pretty much said that I would do whatever needed to be done to meet that date. The date would not be missed. My Dad had been visiting at the time and accidently saw a hard copy of my note on our kitchen table clutter. He remarked how proud he was of my response. But all I did was follow his lead, his example set so many times before in my life. I am very lucky. |
