| Thank you Jim, for all you did for us during your long illness. You were an inspiration, a role model, a deeply human and suffering person, and above all you decided to take your illness head on and win if at all possible. That battle was magnificent. The world is better for it and your family can take great pride from the fact that you chose that path. We shall indeed miss your presence but are happy that you no longer must suffer.
