COL Lynn and Bill Lodwick, I was saddened to learn of David's death. I have always heard praise and good things about him. The loss of a child can be overwhelming. When you have time to breathe, go online and find your area's The Compassionate Friends website. The TCF counselors and friends that you will meet will help you and David's sisters in days and years to come. They continue to help me accept the death of my son at the young age of 19. We don't know the master plan for our children and other loved ones. I know that you all found opportunity to tell each other you love each other. Knowing this will help you in years to come. |
