Hal Carlson was one of a kind. He was a great friend and loving father and husband. His heart was the size of Texas and his wit legendary. I most fondly remember him making fun of us Engineering types at West Point as he headed for the dayroom to watch his beloved Islanders! Firstie year gave Hal the freedom to live life to the fullest. He proudly drove his baby blue Ford Fairmont on weekend passes, music blasting at 120 watts! He was the only firstie whose car stereo was worth MORE than his car. He will be sorely missed by all the Frogs and by everyone who had the blessing of getting to know him. May God Bless his wife Joy and their family. Greg Hadjis, Classmate and fellow Frog |
