John was my roommate at Manlius Military school where he played football under Tom Cahill, who later coached at West Point. John was a great friend, very humble, and I will never forget him. I will also remember the time that the great Doc Blanchard came into our room to recruit John for West Point. Rest in Peace, Roomie. |
