To Rich's family: I remember Rich as a great guy who many on the Men's volleyball team looked up to (and not just because he was tall!). I knew him as a friend of a friend - and a good one at that! I'll never forget the night that the Corps stood outside to render honors to him and how quiet it was when Taps was played - it was a moment just for him, and will stay with me forever.
