| The passing of a real American gentleman. I met Paul very briefly on a cruise. He announced himself by saying' hi, I'm Paul, I'm 98 years old. My wife died recently and I'm trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my life'. I was hooked. Paul dressed immacutely, spoke clearly, with precision, style and dignity. He told stories of his travels and the people he met, always with a mischievous glint in his eye and a chuckle in his throat. I wish I knew him better. RIP |
