| Dear Family: I know this tribute is long past due. I was in advanced Pilot Training with Ted at Williams AFB, AZ in 1951. Ted and I, along with Ian Little and Marty Knutson, were students of Capt. Tom Fisher. We all graduated and went our separate ways--me to Korea and 100 missions in F-84's of the 58th Fighter Bomberr Group. Ted was my friend, and I dated his sister for our 51-G Geraduation Party in Phoenix in late 1951. I send my late, late condolences and hope this reaches Ted's family!! John B.
