While I was a cadet at the Air Force Academy in the Class of 1961, I was privileged to have Kent Berge as a professor of a course in nuclear physics. Two of his USMA classmates and roommates, Ken Tallman and Wes Posvar were also on the USAFA staff and faculty at that time. Of course I learned the physics, but more importantly, Kent taught me how to incorporate God's will into my Air Force career decisions. I also got to work with his two roommates.
