Be Thou At Peace

Posted by David BEALEY on January 30, 2012:

Hi Mrs Beasley,
I have tried several times to make contact, so this will be short in case it does not get to you. Col. Beasley and I worked together in Vietnam. What a nice man to work for, and with. (He reminded me of my Dad). We had an interesting crew: Sgm. Bailey, Sg. Bealey, Mr. Bailey and the man Col. Beasley.

I'm saddened to find out that he passed away before I ever got to talk to him again. I always felt honored to work for him.

I hope to talk with you sometime. It would be an honor to meet you! I live in Oregon, I'll leave my phone number with you- just in case.

Again, I am very sorry to learn that Col. Beasley is not with us, but I am glad to have known him and I thank the Lord for my time with him.

Thank You!
Sincerely,
David Bealey at 503 371 9119
