Be Thou At Peace

Posted by James W Clifford on April 7, 2009:

Jack was my father - a tough man, a loving man, a wonderful father to my brother and two sisters. While he may not have chosen our careers if he had the choice, he always supported us in whatever we did (even if it involved going to the U. S. Naval Academy, Class of 1974!), and was always proud of his family! He never left any of his children, either his own or those of his wife, Gwendolyn, wanting for anything they needed - nor did he spoil any of us! He taught us to be our own persons, to do what our hearts told us to do, and to never look back.

We love you, dad, and will forever be grateful for what you taught us about life and love, and are forever grateful for how much you cared for all those around you!

Sleep well and in peace, in the land that you loved so well!

Your loving son,

Jim
