I served under "Capt." Blyth for several months on Eniwetok in 1953. After 50 years my memories of him are still clear. He was a symbol of morality, a representation of the ideal military, and an inspiration for enthusiasm. My short acquittance with him, I'm sure, positively affected my future life. -- Dick Dunlap
