Colonel Sanger was an outstanding officer who reinforced the values taught at West Point to the cadets who knew him as Dean of Valley Forge Military Junior College. To me, he personified the United States Military Academy. I am certain that as he "crossed the river" his thoughts indeed included "The Corps, and the Corps, and the Corps." Ronald K. Sharer, Esq.
