I want to thank Col. Horne who was my CO at the Kamehameha Schools JROTC Program 1984-1988. He gave me every opportunity to excel when other instructors would not. My very LATE condolences to his family. Col. Horne joins my Father MSG Al Chang, Combat photo-journalist (WWII, Korea, Vietnam) who passed away Sept. 30, 2007. Aloha and God Bless. |
