Farewell to a good friend. Merl was a strong supporter of Constitution Island Association and me for the years I was Chairman of the Association. He had a strong sense of honor and truly enjoyed his connection with the military and Constitution Island Association. My condolences to his son and the rest of his family. Betsy Pugh |
