| Saw very little of Joe after graduation until 1968 when we were classmates at the National War College. Without a doubt he was a chip off the old block and one of the stalwart members of our class. Zane and I send our condolences to his family. The ranks are thinning. His memory and friendship shall always be a lasting treasure to us. God Bless! |
