I am truly sad to hear about the passing of Roy. I considered him a friend and supporter of the West Point Society of the Mid-Gulf. He regularly participated in our events and allowed the society to use his membership to the New Orleans Yacht Club for a number of our Founders' Day events. Also, Roy was an accomplished business man, who was willing to take the time to help friends, when he was called upon. Personally, I will miss Roy, and I extend my sympathies to his family.
