From our first meeting in our newly assigned room in the First Division of old Central Barracks on 1 July 1944: what a friend, Ben DiLoreto! We didn't both stick with E-1, but our friendship held in the Corps. Our careers took us in different directions, but how nice to have known you again in our retirement years! Rest in peace, friend. |
