| Col (then Major) McCrary) was my AOC 1960-61 while a cadet at the Air Force Academy. He was a real gentleman and a good example of a professional officer. I later ran in to him in Vietnam (he was then a Colonel) and working on strategic bombing assessment. We spent a few moments reminiscing. Sorry to learn of his passing. |
