| As the class scribe for many years, George was the glue that helped keep us together, kept us informed, and dispensed guidance and discipline (when it was needed.) His devotion to West Point, and to the Class of 1949, was obvious in everything he said and everything he did. George was a wonderful classmate and everlasting friend, and he will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace. |
