During our four years at the Academy I always looked forward to that infectious Stan Bush smile. Be it in class, the gym or the plain - that smile was there. I could always depend on him to share a pint of ice cream to celebrate an event. Many a time he came into the fencing room to check on my progress and to take up a weapon to beat up on me for the fun of it. I would visit him in the wrestling room and get my face rubbed into the canvas mat. UGH When Pearl and I went to Phoenix in 1986 for a national fencing tournament, Stan and family were there to cheer me on in my bouts. Stan, we miss you. Jack |
