Raymond Moss PLACE OF BIRTH: Michigan Raymond Moss graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Class of 1949. He retired as a U.S. Air Force Colonel.
Distinguished Flying Cross AWARDED FOR ACTIONS DURING Vietnam War Service: Air Force Battalion: 362d Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron GENERAL ORDERS: United States Military Academy Register of Graduates
CITATION: (Citation Needed) - SYNOPSIS: The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress, July 2, 1926, takes pleasure in presenting the Distinguished Flying Cross to Colonel Raymond Moss, United States Air Force, for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight while serving with the 362d Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron, in action against the enemy in Southeast Asia from 1967 to 1968. His devotion to duty and courage under all conditions serve as an inspiration to his fellow flyers. His actions reflect the highest credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
