Robert K. Dalrymple 80, Indianapolis, died February 24, 2004. Mr. Dalrymple graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point served in the Korean War. He later earned his law degree from Indiana University - Indianapolis and practiced law as part of the association of Dalrymple, Minton and Freihofer. He was secretary-treasurer of the American Art Clay Company. Mr. Dalrymple was co-founder of the Kidney Foundation of Indiana. He was president of the Crossroads of American Council of Boy Scouts, the Downtown Optimist's Club and the Indiana Blacksmithing Association. For his service to the Boy Scouts, he received the Silver Beaver Award. He was a member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, where he served as an elder and trustee. He is survived by his wife Leone (Noni); son John; daughter Linda Goeddel; grandchildren Katherine and Robert Goeddel; sister Valri Sandoe. His son Christopher, died in 1975. Memorial services will be held Saturday, 5 p.m. at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church. Calling will be in the church parlor on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the memorial fund of the church, the Kidney Foundation of Indiana or the Boy Scouts.
