John P. Hill(now deceased) and I were rommies Cow year w/DERRICK@Co. K-2 in 46th Div. J.P. and I called him SAMBO for short. We three often dated together. Both SAMBO& J.P. helped this goat get through cow year academics as well. Later in retirement years we got together again and had a nice reunion! I will miss SAMBO - a GREAT GUY and a WONDERFUL CLASSMATE! John Derrick |
