| Col. Henry L. Davisson Jr. was the finest Battalion Commander it was my pleasure to work for and serve under. His distinguished career and outstanding leadership marked him as a soldier's soldier. As "Daring 6" of the 1st Infantry Division's 2nd Bn, 2nd Inf. Mech, he was always on "top of things." He truly fit the description embodied in the very honored term, "The Old Man." He was respected, followed and loved by his troops. Yours was a job well done Hank! |
