| LTC Mortimer Lenane O'Connor was my teacher and mentor. His example as a soldier and family man set the azimuth for my 26 years in the Army, and much of what I have done with my life. He died leading his Infantry battalion in 1968. He is missed! May God Rest His Soul! |
