He was my platoon leader and company commander at Ft. Carson, CO. from May 1954 to October 1954. Lt. Agather, as I knew him, was one of a very few officers to show any personal interest in my military career. Something must have stuck with me as I remember him after these 57 years. A fine gentleman! |
