John you are missed by a wonderful wife, your sons and your grandkids and many friends and classmates. But as I said at your internment Mac Arthur was wrong. Old soldiers never die, he has that right; but they don't just fade away. When they walk the walk of duty, honor, country based on the principles of faith and family as you have they leave a legacy for us all to rejoice that we know you. Rest in peace, dear friend. |
