Jim and I were roommates in C-2, and I remember Jim as a great guy and always enjoyable to be with. After West Point, I worked with Jim at Glenn L. Martin in Baltimore. Jim was in Program Management, and I was the the Sr. Propulsion Engineer on Future Large Launch Vehicles. Our paths often crossed, and we would eat lunch together, and kick over old times. We continued to keep in touch when Jim worked for the Post Office. I only regret that I didn't get to see Jim before his passing! Norm Gerstein |
