I watched this person grow into manhood from playing with his many toy soldiers to his acceptance into West Point knowing that he had achieved his life's dream. We shared our times together from grade school through high school riding bicycles, going to movies etc. He was a scholar unsurpassed. He had a choice upon graduating from West Point, Army or Air Force. He chose Air Force and became a pilot in The Strategic Air Command flying B-47's around the world. He met his wife to be in Peru and settled in the state of Texas. I miss you, old friend, Enjoy your days in Heaven! Harry McCune |
