To the Family of New Cadet Jacob D Bower~ Our sincerest and most heartfelt sympathy upon the loss of New Cadet Jacob D. Bower. I am certain he knew and grew strong in his family's love and pride as he worked towards accomplishing his long held goals at West Point. His was a life taken too soon.
