Dearest Bower Family - With heavy heart, I wish you peace and and consolation. Know that our family will hold the memory of your son always. The young men and women who choose West Point had abundant choices and opportunities for their future. It is humbling that they choose to sacrifice and to serve. My heart swells with gratitude for these young men and women and most especially for your wonderful, talented and choice, young man.
