As the father of one of Jacob's classmates at USMA, it was with great sadness that I learned of Jacob's death, a young man of such caliber and promise. And our hearts continue to ache on behalf of his family and friends. However, we take solace and comfort in what is written in 1Thessalonians 4:13-18, for example, and we pray that those affected most by Jacob's untimely death will be comforted in like manner. |
