To the Morgan family my sincerest heartfelt sympathy to you for your loss. While it is impossible for me to think of any words that may begin to ease your pain I do want you to know that Ryan made a huge impact in a limited amount of time for at least one person - my son. While I did not know Ryan well I did have the opportunity to meet him while he was at USMAPS. He and my son Zach were roommates during the second semester there. During our phone calls with Zach he would always remark how hard Ryan worked in everything from academics to the football field. Perhaps most importantly my son was significantly influenced by Ryan's ability to always stay positive no matter what circumstances he and the other Prepsters faced. I know Ryan's positive attitude was always a source of motivation for Zach during their initial basic training. Ryan led by example while bringing humor, strength, and joy to those around him. He a was a great friend to my son, and for that our family will forever be thankful. Please know that our thoughts a prayers are with you during this difficult time. |
