Be Thou At Peace

Posted by William & Sheila Ingledew on February 2, 2012:

We first met Bob and Mary on an Alaskan cruise in 2005. For the duration of the cruise, we were their constant dinner companions. Enjoying at all times, their conversations and Bob's laconic wit and sense of humour.

Such was the friendship developed, that a visit by Class 55 brought them to Australia the following year. Consequently, we had them to our home for a day. The conversation continued as though we have never been apart.

In 2008, we returned the compliment by visiting them in Texas, where they looked after us, apparantly as only the Blitch's can.

Even though our friendship was short, we value the time spent in their company.

Bob, we will miss your informative and often humorous e-mails.
