William F. "Bill" Sietman, Jr. SIETMAN, WILLIAM F. 'BILL,' of Brooksville, died Thursday (Jan. 29, 2004) at Kindred Hospital, Tampa. Born in Cleveland, he came here 27 years ago from Germany. He graduated from West Point 7th in the class of 1955, was a Lieutenant Colonel, serving as an engineer in the Army Corps of Engineers and received the Purple Heart in Vietnam. He had 20 years of service with SWIFTMUD and served on the Lykes Hospital Board. He enjoyed reading and traveling. Survivors include his wife, Carroll, Brooksville; two daughters, Carroll Willams, Atlanta, and Dorothy Garrison, Louisville, Ky.; a sister, Elizabeth Williams, Bushnell; and five grandchildren.
