Be Thou At Peace

Paul Richard Smor
We now believe that Paul died in late 2012 and we're using a guesstimated c15 DEC 2012 as his Date of Death in '55 records.
We've done extensive internet searches and made a lot of phone calls and haven't been able to find an obituary or any official death records, but all of the evidence we've discovered indicates that Paul died in late 2012.
The last '55 contact with Paul was by Charlie Berg in late 2012 when he spoke with Paul's attendant who said that Paul's condition was very poor and he was suffering from Alzheimer's.
Doris O'Brien lived in the same town (Lompoc CA) as Paul until she moved in 2011. She didn't have any contact with Paul after 2011 and said he was very ill when she last saw him.
We have been unable to contact his wife/widow Gwendolyn Francis Smor.
We talked with a former neighbor of his in Lompoc and he said that Paul died a few years ago.
We found an internet report that said Paul Richard Smor died in 2012, and it lists Gwendolyn Francis Smor as his wife and his last known address in Lompoc.
All of the above is documented on Paul's Personal Web Page:

If you can verify or add anything to the above. please contact me.

PS: We learned from AOG on 30 OCT 2017 that Paul's Date of Death (from Social Security records) was 16 NOV 2012.
