Joe and I were 7 year old buddies when our Dad's were stationed at Fort Ontario, NY, in the 1930's. We spent endless hours playing together in the Old Fort, building snow caves and exploring the lake shore. We met up again when the Class of '55 entered USMA and my Dad was Joe's Plebe Pop, and then again when Joe and Fran and John and I were stationed at WP in the 60's. Fond memories. |
