Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Lorily McCrillis Haase on November 18, 2014:

I am my father's youngest. I knew him for 55 years. He was and will always be the first man that I have loved. He equipped me and prepared me for so many of life's challenges but the most difficult and painful would be inevitably saying "so long for now," until we meet in Heaven. One vivid memory I have of my father was a conversation about life, death, and heaven. He said, "we are already in eternity." What a profound statement! We since talked at great length about those words he shared with me long ago. My father was a remarkable man who truly grew in grace, knowledge, and wisdom of the Lord over the years. What a privilege and honor to watch him grow into the servant the Lord God Almighty designed him to be unto the very end when He took dad back to his heavenly home where he joined mom. So mom and dad "see you both in Eternity." Thank you, miss you, and Love you both forever.
Your youngest,
Lorily
