Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Ron Rule on March 8, 2005:

Bob and I spent four years together in G-1. There was not a nicer classmate in the company. He was our Honor Rep and served on the ring committee. He gave his time and energy to many endeavors that benefited the institution and our class. On graduation day he returned from greeting President "Ike", donned his new Army uniform and served as a sword bearer at Ruthie's and my wedding. His picture made the NY Times. The photographer was late for the first wedding so our wedding made the news. We went separate ways after graduation but I always remember Bob as one of the special people at West Point. Rest in peace Bob.
