Robert Louis Russell Robert Louis Russell of Falls Church, VA, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013. He was a member of the United States Air Force, and retired as Lt Colonel after serving 22 years. His service awards included The Silver Star, four Distinguished Flying Crosses, six Air Medals, a Purple Heart and two Air Force Commendation Medals. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Nancy B. Russell of Falls Church; two daughters, Susan and Kitty; a sister, Susan R. Gray of Hendersonville, NC. Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, (www.woundedwarriorproject.org) |
