| I remember Don at gymnastic meets. He had a stance that he would hold before going down the mat that caught your attention. The stance presented an air of confidence. I recall when I visited him and his father in Mesa Arizona in the late 90's as we were taking some pictures, Don still stood with that same stance he held at gym meets, erect, shoulders back, head even as though he were ready to run down the mat. He would talk of things he would do if he could get the funds. These were things to help mankind. |
