MAUREEN M. (WOOD) FINGER

(February 20, 1933 ~ January 22, 2014)

Maureen M. Finger, age 80, of Hustler died on Wednesday January 22, 2014 at the Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston, WI. She was the daughter of Maurice and Mary (Schlicht) Wood and was born on February 20, 1933 in the town of Fountain in Juneau County, WI. Maureen is a 1951 graduate of the New Lisbon High School. Maureen was united in marriage to Herbert C. Finger on June 18, 1955 in St. James Catholic Church in Camp Douglas, WI. Maureen worked as a secretary at different military establishment throughout the United States while her husband was in the military. She enjoyed collecting Hummel's, coins, and salt and pepper shakers.

Maureen is survived by her husband Herbert of Hustler, a son Herbert Charles "Chuck" (Kathy) Finger of Colorado Springs, CO, and by a daughter Kathleen Kay (Jeffry) Molnar of Green Bay, WI, and by 5 Grandchildren Steve Molnar, Alixandra Molnar, Christopher Finger, Stephany Finger, and Laura Finger, and by 2 sisters, Eileen Barrett of Oconomowoc, WI, and Chryl (Richard) Horstman of Menomonie, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a granddaughter Amy, and brother-in-law James Barrett.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30AM, on Monday January 27, 2014 at St. James Catholic Church, 100 Bartell St., Camp Douglas, WI. Burial will be in St. James Catholic Cemetery in Camp Douglas. The Hare Funeral Home is assisting the family with services. Online condolences are available at www.harefuneralhome.com
