Since those early days at Stewart Field, there has always been Chuck. Our paths did not cross during the active duty years after graduation, but when he became the Scribe, I often had reason to talk with him. He was always ready, willing and able to assist with keeping in touch with our classmates.When I talked with him at his "moving to Colorado" party last year, there was no doubt that he would be at the 55th. Without question, he dedicated his life to the service of the country and a lot of his time to the class. Well done Chuck. Bob Deardorff |
