I commemorate and celebrate today, the birth of my father, Colonel Charles Augustus Steinman, born April 30, 1932. Smart man. A hard-working man. A kind man. He strove to make a better life for everyone around him and is now a great example, to me, of courage in the face of enormous adversity. I don't ever want to have to be that courageous; but, if I must, I now have a real example that I can use in strengthening me. God bless my father forever |
