I was a D-2 company mate of Roy. First let me say that Roy was such a good hearted person and was loved and respected by all of his classmates! Since graduation, our paths usually only crossed at West Point reunions but Roy always greeted Sybil and I with a great big smile and a warming hug! Many years ago when I was stationed in Los Angeles, Roy came to visit our home bearing a large bouquet of red roses for Sybil. That was just typical of his thoughtfulness. Roy was well known as a respected business man but the ladies also loved his dancing and thespian abilities. When it came to putting on a show, Roy was always the go to man. We will miss Roy but his presence will always be with us. He was the kind of person who made you feel good just being around him. Much love, Larry and Sybil Michalove Lt.Col(ret)USAF |
