| Unfortunately, I never served with Billy after we graduated. However, as a member of B-1 with him for 3 years and on the football team with him, came to appreciate his good humor and friendly personality as well as his dedication. He always gave full measure at what he did and always had a smile for everyone. Be thou at peace. |
