Ken Donaldson Ken Donaldson passed away on 4 June 2023 in Covington, KY.. Ken's NOK is Kenneth S. Donaldson, his son. I talked to Kenn S. today at 513-377-0954 and he says his Dad will be cremated and placed in the facility at West Point at a day to be determined. He says there will be no obituary. Ken L.'s wife, Kathy, is deceased. I'm emailing Jim Howard's address and phone to Ken S. so he can give you the particulars on the St. Elizabeth Hospice for a donation.
