We all say nice things about those who have gone before in the Long Gray Line....But Ed was about the finest guy I knew or at least close to it. He was generous with what he had and always had a positive attitude. He would go huntin near a lake down in Georgia and ask his classmates to join him. He would hunt and I would fish. We spent many an hour tellin war stories and other lies about our past escapades. Those hours were and are invaluable to me. Now that he has passed they will live in my memory fondly of Ed. Farewell good friend. |
