| Charlie had the rare ability to make everyone with whom he came into contact feel enriched as a result. He was a true friend who will be sorely missed. He was a humble man whose mission was to serve-and serve he did- his country, his alma mater and his fellow veteran's. I am confident that our Lord and Master will find him a place where he can continue to serve. |
